We would like to inform you that due to the Amazon Seller API changes, you must update the Amazon Integration Addon (Store Manager Addon) by July 31, 2025.
If you are using the Amazon integration, update the Store Manager and the addon to the latest version and map categories with attributes to avoid service disruption.
Once Store Manager with the addon is updated you need to map categories on the Classification tab and assign unassigned attributes. If categories and attributes are not assigned, you will receive the following error:
In order to update Categories and attributes follow few steps:
Open your active listing (one listing at a time) and navigate to the Classification tab.
Click on Map category to update the category.
Important: New API category tree is changed, so you need to map categories manually one time.
Click Download Product Schema and Definitions. Once clicked, you will see attribute fields that should be mapped.
Map all required fields to be able to submit the feed.
4. Select macros for all required fields by right-clicking on the attribute field.
Important: You cannot use Macros for the field of dropdown type. For those fields, use the value available in the dropdown.
All other configuration settings will be kept the same.
What else was changed in the new Amazon API?
Now Amazon provides 2 listing types:
Catalog - allows you to create and update products on Amazon
Offers - allows you to create an offer for existing Amazon products.
You can find them in the Inventory tab, see General settings.
Also you can either create or update product data.

Catalog listing type allows you to create a new product on Amazon, if one is not available yet and does not have ASIN.
How to create a new
So now, when you need to create new products, configure a new listing with Catalog listing type.
For that go to the Classification tab and follow a few steps:.
1. Click on Map category to update the category.
2. Click Download Product Schema and Definitions. Once clicked, you will see attribute fields that should be mapped.
3. Map all required fields to be able to submit the feed.
4. Select macros for all required fields by right-clicking on the attribute field.
Important: You cannot use Macros for the field of the dropdown type. For those fields, use the value available in the dropdown.
All other configuration settings will be kept the same.
Once all categories are mapped and all required attributes are mapped, you can proceed and submit your new feed to create new products.
2. Catalog - update products on Amazon.
Product update is performed using the Catalog listing as well.
Important! The Update feed is different from the Create feed. Please create 2 listings with those feed types if you need to create and/or update products on a schedule.
In order to update product data (like category, price, inventory, etc), follow these few steps:
Make sure the product is linked to an existing Amazon product.
If your products are not linked yet, go to the Products tab and click “Link Products.”
You will see the progress bar informing you about the process.
Once it is done, you will see the linked products as “Is linked”.
To update Price or Inventory, enable appropriate options as shown below
Also, make sure that the category is mapped. See Store Category and Amazon Category, as shown above.
Attributes can be left empty, as they will not be forwarded for the update.
In order to update images, you should enable the images option and “Update Images for Linked Products” as shown below
In order to update the name and description, you should enable the corresponding option in the General tab.

3. Offers - create an offer for existing Amazon products.
This listing type is used to create and update Amazon offers.
In order to create the “Offers” feed type you need to map categories.
You can create Offers based on existing Amazon products. You can map products to Amazon products manually or automatically by name, EAN, UPC, etc.
You can find Offers mapping settings in the General tab.
In order to update existing offers you need to map them in order to avoid duplicates.
You can update price, inventory, and images the same way as for the Catalog listing type.
Offer Name and Description fields cannot be updated or forwarded to the feed. Those are used from the Product itself. Please update the product itself in order to update Name and Description using the Catalog feed type.
