Starting January 31, 2026 addon requires Seller Central PRO plan, Private Developer account, IAM Access Keys (AWS).

Only a Primary User of the Amazon seller account can grant access to the Amazon Integration addon.
If you already have an account, please proceed to Step 2.
To register a private developer account follow few steps:
Register as Amazon Developer/Selling Partner as a private developer: https://developer.amazonservices.com/private-developer
Important: Create a the account with the type: "Private developer". The Private developer can create applications only to own organization, that can be self-authorized.
If you have not yet completed a developer profile for your account, specify your data and proceed with verification.
The following information might be required (Amazon is changing the forms and names at all times, please contact us for assistance if the below details are changed):
2.1. Contact Information:
Organization name
Organization website
Organization home country
Primary contact name
Contact email
Contact country code
Contact phone number
2.2. Data Access:
In the Data Access section, in the dropdown box, select My organization sells on Amazon, and I only want to integrate to manage my own business only.
If you are required to provide further details, explain that you will use the application with your own eCommerce website only (self use only) and that you are not planning to make public application.
2.3. Roles:
Store Manager application requires the following roles only:
If you are not required to specify roles, skip this step.
2.4. Use Cases
You might be asked to specify use cases for the requested roles and permissions, explain that you will use the application with your own eCommerce website only (self use only) and that you need this specific features for stock update, inventory update, prices update, images update.
2.5. Security Controls
Enable the following security controls (make sure that you follow security requirements):
If you are not required to specify security controls as a private developer, you can skip this step.
2.6. Data Sharing
Unless you are planning to share any Amazon information to third-parties, specify that no data is shared.
List all outside parties with whom your organization shares Amazon Information. Describe how your organization shares this information.
If the store owner can only access the data, specify details accordingly. Otherwise specify who shares this information.
List all external (non-Amazon) sources where your organization retrieves Amazon Information.
If it is shared, specify accordingly. Otherwise specify that no data is shared.
2.7. Accept Policy and proceed with Registration.
Wait till Amazon verifies your data before you proceed.
You should receive an email confirmation that your account is verified.

Log in to Developer Central with your private developer account at: https://solutionproviderportal.amazon.com/sellingpartner/developerconsole
If you do not have a developer account, please get back to Step 1 above.
2. Hit Create the Application (Add new app client) in Seller Central by clicking Add new app client button
3. In the Create your app form fill in all required fields
App name
API Type - select SP API
Select Private App type or Production and keep it in status Draft.
Important, do not publish your app, keep it private in Draft mode.
Note: Sandbox app will not allow you to send products to your Amazon.

Sign into your developer account: https://solutionproviderportal.amazon.com/sellingpartner/developerconsole
You should see your app in the list of apps available
If you can see any errors here, please fix them before you can proceed.
Makes sure your app is in Draft status. Do not publish your app to keep it private.
2. Find your LWA credentials (Client Identifier and Client Secret)
For that click on View button for your application under the LWA Credentials
3. You should see your LWA credentials
4. Copy your LWA Credentials into Store Manager application
IMPORTANT!
It is strongly recommended to save refresh token in secure place (like password manager if you use any).
5. For the application that you want to authorize/create token, click the arrow next to the Edit App button
From the dropdown choose Create Token or Self Authorise app (depending on your app type)
6. In the authorization window you will see Create Token button.
Generate token by clicking Create Token
If you click Generate refresh token again a new refresh token is generated. Generating a new refresh token does not invalidate previous refresh tokens.
IMPORTANT!
It is strongly recommended to save refresh token in secure place (like password manager if you use any).
Your refresh token appears.
7. Copy the Refresh token into Store Manager.
You are all set. Now you can go to AWS and generate policy and user for your app >>
