Starting January 31, 2026 addon requires Seller Central PRO plan, Private Developer account, IAM Access Keys (AWS).
Follow these steps to obtain all necessary API keys and credentials:
Step 1. Copy Merchant Token from your seller central account.

Login OR register Amazon Seller Central: https://sellercentral.amazon.com
Important: Amazon seller account should have Professional plan to get API access. See plans and pricing comparison at: https://sell.amazon.com/pricing
Important: Only a Primary User of the Amazon seller account can grant access to the Amazon Integration addon.
Obtain Merchant token. Go to: Gear - Account info / ( ⋮ ) - Settings - Account settings - Business information - Merchant Token / Seller ID: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/on-board/configuration/single-section/merchant-token.html
Specify Merchant token into Store Manager
Step 2. Register / Login as Amazon Private Developer(Selling Partner), create private app to get LWA credentials.

Important: Create a Private developer applications account. The application will be available only to your organization, and self-authorized. As per Amazon documentation those applications will be available free of charge.
Create private application in Amazon Solution Provider Portal: https://solutionproviderportal.amazon.com/home
Authorize Your Application (Self-Authorization)
Obtain the LWA credentials (Client Identifier and Client Secret)
Create application Token (Refresh Token)
Specify Client ID, Client Secret and Refresh Token in Store Manager
Step 3. Register / Login to your AWS account to create Policies and IAM user with access keys
